“The Message from Gyre”, shot (by Chris Jordan), at Midway Atoll a tiny stretch of sand and coral near the middle of the North Pacific. To portray the pollution in the waters of this area he photographed deteriorating albatross chicks who had died from eating toxic waste. The photos illustrate the contents in their stomach without any exaggeration. via trendlandit's amazing just how dirty this world is.
