ok, so last friday i spent another night at the drive inn with my boyfriend. if you've never been to a drive inn, you gotta go ASAP. i go to the 5 Drive Inn on the mississauga/oakville border. its like 5 mins fro where i live-been goin for YEARS. its you get 2 movies for $11 and theres night specials on tuesdays and thursdays. check out the link.
neways. first on the agenda was public enemies staring johnny depp and christain bale. first of all i adore gangster movies for some strange reason. i LOVED this movie. it's a must in my top 10. johnny is very convincing as a 1930s gangster and won me over from the start. this is NOT a "wait until blockbuster has" movie -lol, it's worth the money. i give it a perfect 5STARS.
after a short intermission, Bruno was next on the big screen. there's nothing much to say about this movie except that you'll jaw will drop, in a OMG that did NOT just happen way, and you'll do some laughing. sexually, this movie was SO much worse then Borat, which i was not expecting at all. there are a good couple of clips that will have you cry laughing for sure, but personally i actually wouldnt pay to see it...you can get a bootlegg or wait will blockbuster has it. i give it 3STARS.
