Frustrated....

So I'm at work...and this man calls in to set up his interact machine..which is fine..i take off his old machine..and put on his new one..have his new one set up on the profile..now we are goin through the configurations of the terminal..EASY right...okay after we are done..I ask him to press cancel 3 times...he says that on his machine it reads:TCP CONNECTION FAILED GREAT.. this is a bad sign...so i ask him..if his internet is workin..he says yes...i tell him to unplug the terminal n then plug it back in... pretty simple right...maybe not...AFTER 30 mins of being on the phone why does he say OPPS i forgot to plug the internet back in...Can i just hang up on him..GOSH......good thing it was an ENGLISH call cause if that was a 30 min french call i would have been crying....now im tryin to call a supervisor and have been waiting on hold for 25 mins..what the HECK..why is he still waiting..why doesnt he just hang up..gosh....LEAVE ME ALONE n let me listen this Gucci **IM A J** BRRRR.. So after 1 hour and 2 mins this man is out of an interact machine and i wanna go home.....
