episode 9

rundown:
*dvf throws their annual christmas party with all employees and seems like whit is takin up on knockin olivia down a bit with some sly remarks
*duncan visits erin in the city for christmas and finally meets JR at a xmas party. after erin tells him that the 18yr old inside her will always love JR, duncan doesnt hesitate to tell her she better leave that part of her behind! before duncan flys back to toronto he makes it clear that for the relationship to go on, erin is have to get her shit together.
*alex and jay fight over theliving status of jays girlfriend, allie, in thier shared apartment. alex sides with allie telling jay that he wants to take the next step with her and basically boots jay out.
*olivia starts to get irritated by her low ass cousin, nevan, whos been sleepin on her couch and treatin her place like a frat boys place and lied about lookin for a job!
*whit and jay share an intimate kiss as the clock strikes 12 on new yrs. after jay explains his situation with alex to whit, whit extendes a warm welcome for him to crash at her place till he gets his own pad
*the episode ends with jay basically "suggesting" to whitney to go make her boyfriend some tea... (WHAT! if this is how the living situation will be like, whit needs to kick aussie boy to the curb)
