friday night i was my "family day". my sister, bro, mom, dad, grandma and i went for din at the hard rock cafe and then scouted over to the cannon theather to watch "the color purple". honestly musicals may not be your thing but i promise you tears, laughter, shivers and pure enjoyment if you go see it. if you have time from now till march 14th GO SEE IT!*my valentine's day consisted of working and dave and buster's...for my little sister's birthday. i love it there! the games are highly addictive ... kinda like a casino. best of all i got to get my favorite, fried pickles! lol i know it sounds gross...but TRUST me.
*sunday was another "exciting" day at work and a chill evening watching the all star game with my boyfriend. (oh, PSA - braids are now OFFICALLY over.!)
after having eating at moxies - and ONLY ordering appetizers..their food is so BLAH, my boyfriend accompanied me to finally got to see "confessions of a shopaholic" and to be quite honest, i wasn't too impressed!!. it was a clear mix of the devil wears prada and sex in the city. the book was SO much better and i really wish they took more key details from it. like c'mon! rebecca's suppose to be ENGLISH! lol. anyways, although many reviews bashed patricia fields wardrobe choices, i actually liked most of the pieces that the cast was wearing. any other opinions? discuss!
